Africa’s Leading Technology-driven Logistics Company

About Us

Since 2012, GIG Logistics (GIGL) has grown from a single shipment into a global network built on innovation, trust, and technology. More than a courier service, we are Africa’s leading technology-driven logistics company, redefining how goods move across cities, countries, and continents. Our mission has always been clear: eliminate delivery inefficiencies, power the future of commerce, and connect businesses and individuals seamlessly through fast, reliable, and intelligent logistics solutions.

We understand that the success of e-commerce, social commerce, and cross-border trade depends on logistics services that are seamless, efficient, and trusted, and that is exactly where GIGL excels. Every package we move represents more than a delivery; it represents certainty, growth, and connection for the people and businesses we serve.

Technology sits at the heart of everything we do. From real-time tracking that offers complete visibility, to API integrations that connect seamlessly with e-commerce platforms, to smart route optimisation that ensures speed and security, we have built proprietary systems that make logistics simpler and more reliable for millions of customers. Our reach extends across Nigeria, Ghana, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, China, and over 230 international destinations, supported by expertise in customs and regulatory compliance that makes cross-border logistics seamless.

At our core, logistics is a people business. We take pride in the trust our customers place in us, from individuals sending parcels to loved ones, to small businesses expanding into new markets, to global enterprises relying on tailored supply chain solutions. With every interaction, we commit to reliability, personal service, and the highest standard of care. Looking ahead, GIGL is focused on continuous growth and innovation, expanding our global footprint, investing in last-mile solutions, and developing smarter technologies to keep commerce moving forward. We are not just delivering packages; we are delivering the future of logistics, one shipment at a time.
