International shipping is a GIGL solution that allows you to ship items from any of your favorite stores anywhere in the world to your doorstep in Nigeria. You can also export items from Nigeria to over 230 locations worldwide, including the UK, USA, Ghana, China, Germany, and Canada.

2. How do I ship from the USA, UK, CHINA to Nigeria?

Easy! Simply download the GIGGo App and click “Send to Nigeria”. Select the country and follow the prompts. You can also visit any of our International Experience Centres to walk in and ship.

3. How do I make payment for international orders?

After we receive your item physically at either our UK, USA, or China office, you will get a payment link through which you can make payments. The link offers you the option of making secured payments through your funded wallet on the GIGGo App, a third-party payment platform (Paystack/Flutterwave), or your Bank Card.

4. Will my parcel be delivered to my final destination anywhere in Nigeria?

Yes, we will deliver your parcel anywhere in Nigeria, as long as your preferred address is listed under the GIGL home delivery locations. We are constantly striving to serve you better and are rapidly expanding to cover all locations within Nigeria.

5. Will GIGL require you to pay into any personal account?

No, GIGL will never ask you to pay into any personal account.

    The estimated delivery time for international shipments with GIG Logistics is as follows:

    GIG Logistics will deliver your items within Nigeria in 2-3 business days (depending on the zone and region in the country). Same day deliveries are available in select cities - Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja.

    1. Who is a GIG Logistics E-commerce merchant?

    A GIGL E-commerce merchant is anyone signed up for GIGL’s E-commerce CLASS or BASIC Plan, either via the GIGGo App or through the e-commerce merchant portal on the GIGL website. This plan offers discounted shipping rates and exclusive benefits for merchants who ship frequently and in large quantities.
    Its flexibility and additional offerings make it an ideal choice for SMEs and social or e-commerce businesses.

    2. How do I become a GIGL E-commerce merchant?

    By signing up on the GIGGo App as an e-commerce merchant or through the website

    3. How much does it cost to sign up on the e-commerce merchant plan?

    The Basic Plan is free, while the CLASS Plan requires a monthly subscription of ₦3,999.

    4. Do I need to have a registered company/business?

    No, you don’t need a registered company or business to ship with GIG Logistics. Both individuals and businesses are welcome to use our services.

    5. Can I shop from international websites (e.g. Amazon) and ship to Nigeria?

    Yes, please. You can shop and ship directly through the stores listed on the GIGGo App or shop from other online stores and ship through the GIGGo App.

    6. How can I pay for my deliveries as a GIGL CLASS Merchant?

    By simply funding your wallet via the GIGGo App or the e-commerce merchant portal on the website.Over-the-counter payments are not allowed.

    7. How do I track my shipments?

    You can track your shipments by entering your waybill number into the “Track” tab on the GIGGo App, e-commerce merchant portal, or website homepage.

    8. Can I process COD transactions on the GIGGo App?

    Yes. Merchants can process or create their Cash on Delivery (COD) and Transfer on Delivery (TOD) shipments on the GIGGo App.

    9. When do I get paid for my COD transactions?

    You get paid within 3-4 business days after payments have been successfully processed.

    1. What is the GIGGo App?

    The GIGGo App by GIG Logistics is an efficient on-demand app built to solve your logistics needs and be your delivery companion. It handles everything from automated deliveries and pickup requests to global shipping, transaction payments, and more. Use it on the go, at your convenience, from anywhere in the world on your own terms.

    2. What is the timeline for pickup?

    Pickup occurs in real-time, subject to rider availability.

    3. What happens if the rider cancels my request?

    Pickup will be assigned to another available rider. The shipping fee will also be refunded to your wallet if the customer cancels the request.

    4. What type of vehicles are available for delivery?

    Depending on the size of the shipment, all of the following are available for delivery.

  • 5. What happens when a shipment gets damaged or goes missing?

    Although rare, if a shipment gets damaged or goes missing, GIG Logistics will issue a full refund based on the declared value of the damaged or missing item(s).

    You can request item pickup and doorstep delivery in Benin, Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Onitsha, Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, Owerri, Sokoto, Yola Kaduna, Awka, Jos, Uyo, Accra, Greater region with the GIGGo App.

    7. Is the GIGGo App available 24/7?

    Yes, it is. However, pickup requests will only be assigned to a rider between 6am-6pm. Any request after 6pm will be put on the priority queue and assigned the next day.

    8. What is the mode of payment on the GIGGo App?

    GIGGo is a strictly wallet-based system. No cash is used when transacting through the App.

    9. What is Express Drop-Off?

    It is a feature on the GIGGo App that helps you fast-track shipment processing. Simply create a shipment on the GIGGo App, present the unique code generated by the app to any of our agents at your preferred GIGL Experience Centre, and drop off your shipment for prompt service. Use this feature to save time and skip queues at our Experience Centres!

    10. How do I process payment for Express Drop-Off?

    You can pay from your GIGGo wallet, use cash, or pay via POS at any of our experience centres.

    11. How do I fund my digital wallet?

    Click the ‘Fund’ icon on the GIGGo App, enter the amount, and select a payment option for instant value.

    12. How do I make payment with the GIGGo wallet for Express Drop-Off?

    Click the ‘Menu’ option , then ‘Process service centre pickup’ , to make payment .

    13. For small shipments going outside Lagos, what vehicle type should I select?

    The vehicle type depends on the size of your item: • Select "Bike" for items that fit within the delivery box. • Choose a Car for items too large for a Bike but too small for a Van. • Opt for a Truck for larger items like home furniture or machinery.     14. Can I create multiple shipments with one waybill number?

    Yes, you can—provided all items are being delivered to a single receiver at the same location.

    15. Am I allowed to tip the staff?

    No, please. Our drivers earn sufficiently to be able to serve you daily.

    Enter your shipment’s waybill number on the track tab to get instant updates.

    19. Is it only bike deliveries that can be done on the app?

    The GIGGo app gives you an opportunity to send items using different vehicle types such as Bike, Cars, Vans, Trucks.
